This professional course is directed towards exploring the principles of comparative genomics, to study microbial organisms (Bacteria, Viruses, Archaea etc.) which includes basic molecular and biological similarities and differences using the comparative genome tools (pan-genome, alignment tool and others), functional genome features such as CDS, rRNA, tRNA, Crispr, hypothetical protein, functional proteins etc. others includes subsystem categories and unique genome characteristics relating to either beneficial or harmful roles and so much more.
